The dog’s whole family is killed. The dog witnesses all of this.
When in the diner/coffee shop the killer is eating a sausage disgustingly visually and audibly. 2 scenes of this, one in beginning and one in the last 10 minutes of the film.
Yes (Why people vote "No" ??).
We learn that the main character was raped several times by a woman in her 40s when he was 14 years old.
We assumed that when the film takes place he is in his 30/40s and is attracted to younger women (probably 16 - 23)
Many, many conversations about rape, sexual assault, and violent misogyny. All females on screen are referenced this way somehow & we hear them about the killers mother & sister.
