There is a scene where Ethan must fight back against his wife after she turns on him. It's not really for spectacle, but he does hack at her with an axe.

There are two very intense stalking sequences. One of them features an unkillable enemy that will follow you across the map while you explore/solve puzzles. The other is a stealth-based portion entirely focused on hiding from your pursuer.

Yes but it should be noted that in all instances, it involves one or both parties being possessed by the villain and performing violent actions against their own free will. In the daughters dlc, a possessed Jack abuses his still-unpossessed wife by repeatedly dunking her head into a bath filled with water. In the main game, Ethan is forced to attack his possessed wife in self defence with an Axe and Gun. A possessed Jack violently cuts off his possessed son’s arm, which he regenerates offscreen.

(Massive Spoilers) Eveline, the antagonist that caused the events of the game, is actually a young child that's been turned into a living bioweapon. The entirety of the game is her trying to use her powers as a living bioweapon to get the family she never had.

It is never outright mentioned or shown on screen, but in several notes found around the house it is alluded that Lucas has had his way with women that the family kidnapped. From what I remember, three college girls followed by "Lucas, that idiot!" Which imo alludes to him doing things to those women. And then a letter from Jack saying "Lucas, do what you want with his girl" in reference to Travis and Courtney, the couple who were kidnapped. Maybe it's just me reading into it, but to me, it seemed the letters were hinting at Lucas targeting young women.

A villain vomits bugs on the player if they get caught. In the Bedroom DLC, eating the food you are given causes the player character to vomit. This isn’t mandatory. you can avoid doing this and should avoid it anyway even if vomiting doesn’t trigger you, because it causes you to take damage and you have no means of healing.

The player can choose to inject steroids into themselves (which will increase their max health). This is optional, but there are several parts of the game in which injection is required for the story to progress. These scenes occur after Lucas' section, at the end of the final battle with Jack, and after the player finds Eveline as Ethan towards the end of the game.

kind of, the main villains are described as "crazy" but
(spoilers)
they're all just possessed and were actually a normal family, except for Lucas who is basically the sterotypical "sociopath" it's revealed through his diary entries that he previously killed a bully of his when he was younger.
(spoilers over)
so basically for most of the characters sorta no but for one character definitely yes

Although it’s stated dozens of people died prior to the games events, The first onscreen death is that of a black police officer. [RESIDENT EVIL 8 SPOILERS] It’s revealed in the following game that Ethan was actually killed by Jack prior to the cops death, but you don’t find this out until the end of the next game, so I’m still counting this as a yes.
