It’s very sudden, but the main character is sitting at a table and young girl hands her something before she unexpectedly vomits something on the table. It wasn’t too graphic, it took about .1 seconds and it was almost as if it were a singular object being launched down on the table, as if it just— shot out of her mouth. Not like projectile vomit, but it was as if a meatball flew out of her mouth like a gun, very sudden and quick. Not graphic at all.
