The majority of the movie is manipulation and insistence from each character that the others are crazy, seeing things, reading too far into situations, etc.

The main characters strangle another man with a rope in the opening scene. The scene is not overly graphic; you see his contorted face for about two seconds and then he goes limp and is dead.

While the story was inspired by a murder case where a 14-year-old boy was killed, the victim in this movie is a 20-something man. We do see the victim's father worrying about his son's disappearance, so it may still be upsetting for viewers who are sensitive to the theme of parents losing a child.

In the first seconds in the apartment, it's over very quickly. The whole movie is about the immediate events after the murder. It is also implied that the main characters are going to die after the movie ends.

One character is heavily implied to be bisexual, having a female ex (that he gets slightly flirty with) and a current male partner. While otherwise immoral, there's no reason to think that he's a cheater.

The main characters being afraid they'll get caught of the murder has a lot of parallels to being outed (seemingly done on purpose). But no, there is no actual outing or technically even explicitly queer characters.

Two men are murderers but that doesn't mean they're mentally ill; their decision to murder is due to feeling superior to others.

The idea of being put into a chest like the murder victim at the beginning of the film may be triggering to some viewers. As well, the entirety of the film takes place in one location, which could possibly cause some to feel anxiety

the film is homoerotic and it is very likely that the characters were intended to be depicted as together, however it remains firmly in the realm of implication/coding

The other comment is correct, just adding to clarify that the discussion of eugenics does not get very specific - just the vague idea of (intellectually) superior people who should have the right to kill inferior ones. It's discussed in a somewhat playful way. A character naively claims that this is nothing like what Hitler did. We see the film through the eyes of characters who hold these views, but we're supposed to find them abhorrent and the film doesn't support this perspective.

Implied past relationship between Brandon and Rupert, with Brandon having been a teenager / a very young adult at the time and Rupert being his professor. Pretty easy to just not look at it that way.
