There are some scenes of the camera viewpoint stalking characters. There's no cop show-type stalking scenes but there's at least one zombie making its way into a house to get at a victim and much of it is from the zombie's viewpoint (through windows, etc.). If that is the sort of stalking that bothers you, well... there you go. I have a feeling if stalking is your trigger, you've long ago passed up thinking of watching this film anyway.

It seems the doctor's wife has drinking issues (they're never really shown but he mentions it) and at one point the doctor himself is drinking in despair over the situation.

This is an Italian genre flick from the late 1970s, which means that shark was almost certainly mistreated (it seems to have been drugged and to have had its teeth removed). BUT there's no animal abuse portrayed in the film.

Towards the end, the main characters toss Molotov's at the zombies and many of them burn. One zombie's arm falls off from the fire.

Definite head trauma at many points, though some so over the top it's a bit of a lark (the brain cavity of a centuries-old Spanish conquistador 'zombie' should've been desiccated to dust ages ago, but somehow still contains a whooooole lotta bloody gore inside... what the...?!).

Oh my goodness yes.
It's an Italian zombie film, one of the most influential of the genre (not the first but probably the most famous), so... yeah. Plenty of it.

IF you define that as splattery, gurgling, bubbly, bloody/gutsy sounds during scenes of graphic violence, then yes. Quite a bit of it. If you define it as something else, I don't know what to tell you.

There are a couple of brief handheld camera POV shots (looking through branches, etc.) but nothing like the kind of 'shaky cam' as most people think of it today (in found footage films especially).

I say no. There are two segments where a woman's naked breasts are seen (an underwater scene and later a shower scene). If the nude top half of a woman is 'sexual content' for you, then okay, but in that case you've probably got a much longer list of triggers that would preclude you from coming anywhere NEAR this movie anyway. But there's NO overtly sexual behavior or bedroom-type sex scenes. If nudity is where you draw a line, why are you even considering this title?

A bridge in New York is shown with zombies walking on the sidewalks. However, the film crew could not get the money to temporarily shut down the bridge for filming. So cars below are seen driving by like nothing is happening.
