It's very fantastical, but people (almost always women) being victimized is a recurring theme throughout the show. It escalates to weird and uncomfortable levels in the first half of season 4 with the Amazon Trio, though. The act of stealing dream mirrors is done in a very theatrical and violating way, even though it's not physically harming them (although it does seem painful).

Technically no, but on two separate occurrences Usagi, a minor, drinks alcohol at a party under the assumption it's juice and gets drunk. In the first scene she passes out. In the second scene she doesn't pass out but she is shown throwing up (she recovers somewhat quickly though).

In Season 2, Prince Demande attempts to kiss Usagi against her will on two separate occasions and in both scenes she cries. In the first scene, Usagi is also wearing a completely different outfit then when we last saw her which has...implications. Thankfully he doesn't get his way but he still tried to kiss a girl already in a committed relationship.

There are frequent unspecified "Force Lightning" type attacks from the bad guys, and the monster of the week attacks are usually portrayed as painful (particularly season 4). However, no spy-movie style torture/interrogation scenes—just action cartoon shockwave attacks.

Haruka regularly flirts with Usagi, despite her already being in a relationship with Michiru. Michiru claims she's jealous but it's clear these flirtatious remarks don't have much of an impact on their relationship. In one instance however, it's Michiru doing the flirting, specifically with a male character named Seiya.

Usagi is nude in a bath at one point, the shot weirdly pans up along her body and nothing is actually seen but a silhouette in the water, legs and slight cleavage but she is 14 so it’s a bit weird. Another minor-aged character is attacked and put in a cocoon while she is in the shower.

Fish Eye is a bit of an interesting case; he is written as a feminine gay cisgender man, but many fans and some dubs interpret him as a woman (trans or otherwise) or genderfluid. (There was also a lot of overlap in stereotypes between gay men and trans women in the 90s, especially in Japan, so that's another factor compounding this.)

For most of Season 4, he targets male victims (and in one episode, even a child) by appearing as a woman, and deceiving them into predatory relationships; however, Fish Eye is not the only person to do this (his partners Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye are also predatory, but their targets are primarily women). This unfortunately plays into transmisogynist stereotypes of transfeminine people "pretending" to be women to deceive unknowing men.

Fish Eye, however, is later redeemed, but it's up to you how to interpret how well the representation is handled otherwise.

Hotaru (sailor Saturn), prior to her awakening, frequently experiences anxiety attacks.

Usagi also has moments where, though not explicitly stated, it is clear she is having some sort of panic attack. In the final season, an event so traumatic for her happens that she actually blanks out and forgets it happened until much later.

Usagi repeatedly calls herself fat in her thoughts and attempts to hold herself to an extremely strict diet, although she can never stick to it. This is played off as a joke/depicted as cutesy due to her lack of self control. Her thought pattern mimics that of a person with an eating disorder.

usagi continuously throughout the series shows signs of ptsd. she lashes out when her friends are in danger and often takes impulsive risks to save them to her own detriment. there are times when she is unresponsive for episodes because of her trauma and is even shown having very frequent nightmares which concerns luna and her friends. the other sailor guardians also can show ptsd symptoms but not as frequently as usagi.
