Again, sort of. Freddy kills the former addict by injecting her against her will which would probably be very triggering for anyone with a former needle drug problem.

No animal corpses /exactly/, though I would still note a scene where Nancy comes across a rotting, cooked pig which comes to life for this category.

I would add the scene in which an adult orderly makes advances on a teenage patient and tries to convince her to use drugs with him, and a scene where Freddy, appearing as a female nurse, attempts to seduce another teenage patient before ultimately kidnapping and torturing him.

A fair amount of cutting/slashing done by Freddy, including the part mentioned by another user where a character's wrist is cut, making it look self-inflicted. There is also a pretty gruesome scene in particular where a patient's arms and legs are sliced open and the tendons used as marionette strings.

Body HORROR is not body DYSMORPHIA. Body dysmorphia, often tied in with disordered eating or working out, centers around intrusive thoughts and distress surrounding a perceived bodily flaw (i.e. size of thighs, stomach, muscle mass, etc.) that is not perceivable by others. Google the definition of things that you don't know. I see this conflated with body horror far too much on this website.

YES. There is a metronome with a beam of very bright concentrated light shining at it in the middle, so every time the pendulum swings through it, it flashes very brightly (to hypnotize people). I have strobe sensitivity and had to cover my eyes to get through those scenes. It was very difficult for me.

In addition, I would argue a lot of the behavior of the doctors and orderlies toward the patients is pretty invalidating in a way many will find reminiscent of real-life ableism in mental institutions, whether or not it counts as such within the film itself.
