No, but JT talks about his mom dying and leaving him with just his dad
Also it's portrayed as JTs dad not being the most supportive dad, in my opinion

There's what @hyperjenb mentioned, along with JD behaving in a way that can count as stalking towards Veronica later - going so far as to enter her home through the window to kill her since she won't join him in his murder plans.

As the other person said, JD gaslights Veronica into killing multiple people, and the three Heathers together gaslight Veronica into coming to a field with some rapists before abandoning her, and they gaslight Martha Dunstock into believing her crush likes her back, leading to her suicide attempt.

One of the jocks hump Heather D. when she doesn't want them to in the "Big Fun" song and then in "Blue" they try to force Heather M., Heather D., and Veronica to have sex with them but it is played off for dark comedy and they never appear to be in any real danger - sometimes "Blue" is replaced with "You're Welcome" in some versions of the play. "You're Welcome" is much more blatantly rape-y to the point that it is uncomfortable to watch but no one is actually sexually assaulted/raped in that song either.

Many.
A few gunshots, littered throughout. (Like, quite a few.) Some i can remember are
Three during 'Our Love is God'
JD wants to piss off his dad when he pisses him off, and he grabs a gun suddenly and shoots. It scared me when i first went.
One in the climax, where Veronica and JD are fighting for a gun and theres a sudden loud gunshot.
Theres also loud noises with the music band, theres some screaming, and obviously the audience can be loud at times too. Some belting can get loud too in certain musical numbers like 'dead girl walking' and 'Shine a light'.

In 'I love my dead gay son' two Christian fathers grapple with the fact that they found out their sons are gay (at least they were told that)
Heaven is sung about and how their boys are up there roller skating with angels and basically a positive portrayal of gay men in heaven
Also, a character talks about how she joined a cult
And how she prayed but "gods not there"
