There's nothing super graphic but the main antagonist is often violently possessive of his ex-girlfriend to an unhealthy degree including breaking her things, being physically violent towards her new love interest, and grabbing her and forcibly kissing her against her will.

No bones are broken in this movie. None are shown breaking, nor are any heard breaking. One character gets his leg kicked and elbowed, hyperextending it, but nothing is ever broken. I am not sure why everyone said yes, but having seen this movie hundreds of times now, I can confidently say that you don’t have to worry about viewing this masterpiece, if this is a trigger category for you.

There’s one scene where a doctor takes care of Daniel after he hurts his leg in a match, but it’s in the locker room and not a hospital.

No, but a minor character calls Mister Miyagi a "Jap" and "Mister Moto" in a mocking, racist way.
