One of Anne Boleyn's alleged partners is tortured into a false confession. Some guy gets boiled alive in one ep i think, Francis Dereham gets his fingernails removed and teeth taken out and later hanged drawn and quartered. A lot of burnings. Whilst Thomas More isn't tortured in the end, a plan for him TO be tortured is discussed at his trial. There's also Thomas Cromwell's botched beheading which isn't torture exactly but is still equally as disturbing to watch.

Katherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Thomas More, Wolsey (I think??), the Poles, Thomas Cromwell, and Robert Aske are all characters who's children are shown on screen at one point, and they all also die. More's daughter is shown watching his execution as is Cromwell's son. Mary Tudor is there at the death of her stepmother and mother-figure Jane Seymour's death. Katherine of Aragon hallucinates Mary at her deathbed too

Whilst he's not being ridiculed for his crying, a male character is heckled, mocked, and shouted at whilst crying before an execution. Earlier in the same episode he's ridiculed whilst the other characters discuss plans for his execution. Not a likeable character though, and the scene isn't very long as the crowd quieten down during his monologue iirc.
