Characters are shown smoking a hookah, and at the end of the scene the mouthpiece is offered to the camera.

Micky, Peter, and Mike are chained to a wall but it only lasts about 20 seconds before a scene transition where the chains disappear.

In the final shot of the movie the Monkees are being carried away in a large tank filled with water, and are shown beating on the glass side as though they are trapped.

Characters jump from an extremely high bridge and are shown falling for quite some time, but they are unharmed.

During the minute long scene that parodies African jungle adventure movies, Mickey is kidnapped by natives and we next see him in what looks like a medieval dungeon from earlier in the film. However, it isn't staged to seem realistic, as the movie is a very whimsical comedy, and it's hard to imagine anyone being able to take this seriously.

When it cuts suddenly to a closeup of an ant after the scene with Davy in the bathroom, some might consider that a jumpscare. There are a lot of jarring moments throughout.

A woman teeters over the edge of a building and screams "I'll do it!" and there are bets made on whether she will or won't jump. She is later seen unharmed, being carried bridal style.

The entirety of the movie is a giant metaphor filled with psychedelic scenes and transitions. There is no "reality" in the film at all.

Not those exact words, but there is a scene with a woman teetering on the edge of a building screaming "I'm gonna do it, I swear I'm going to do it!" It's treated lightheartedly (they place bets on whether she'll do it), and she is later shown alive.

They land in the water alive and swim off with mermaids, so it hardly seems to have been a suicide. In another scene a girl threatens to commit suicide by jumping from a building, and two of the Monkees make bets on whether she will, but next time we see her she is alive and being held by one of them bridal-style, as though he caught her mid-fall.

The editing is very involved and complicated with lots of cross dissolves, and a couple scenes feature brief flashing images. For what it's worth, I was introduced to this movie by someone who has grand mal seizures triggered by flashing lights. It is his favorite movie and he's seen it upwards of twenty times, and it has never caused him to have a seizure.

Sort of; one of them jumps in the water and you do see him struggle to go back up, but it transitions into another scene

See above comment regarding gun violence - the same shot is shown several times throughout the beginning of the movie. The first time is at the very end of the parody of the opening theme from the TV show (It starts: Hey hey we are the Monkees/You know we love to please/A manufactured image/With no philosophies.) The last time is during the song Circle Sky, which they perform on an auditorium stage dressed all in white, surrounded by hysterical fangirls. Due to the psychedelic editing, it's hard to pin down exact time stamps, especially as it is shown several times. You may want to skip these songs completely if you are very sensitive - they mainly serve to establish the movie as being essentially anti-capitalist and anti-war. On the other hand, if you can steel your nerves, it is the exact same footage shown every time, so after the first time there are no more surprises.

At the beginning of the movie, real Vietnam War footage is shown depicting a man being executed by gunfire. In 1968 this exact footage was aired on TV so frequently that it was assumed the children watching would have already seen it many times. In another scene, two of the Monkees play cowboys under siege by Native Americans, and one of them shoots a Native, however it is shortly afterward revealed that it's all fake and they are simply acting out the scene when Mickey gets fed up and walks out by tearing a hole through the painted backdrop.
