In Episode 1 (Souichi's Convenient Curse) the main character tries to kill his brother multiple times.
In Episode 10 (Greased) the main character's brother is abusive, far past normal sibling bullying.

It's not so subtly implied in My Dear Ancestors that the main character is going to be raped to keep the family lineage going

Yes, someone is buried alive in the first episode, but he's found before he dies. He's not fully buried either, with his head remaining aboveground.

In episode 10A: Greased, near the end, the father cuts off the lower half of his leg and we see him chopping at it. We also see the injured leg. (No blood, it's all oil)

It's Junji Ito, one of the kings of horror, of course there's a lot of gore. I don't know if it's excessive, but it's a major part of the series as a whole. There's at least one death per episode, most of the time more than one.

Dolls are destroyed/mutilated in the first episode, but they don't seem to have any sentimental value.

Not cancer, but in Episode 4 (Shiver), several people fall "sick", growing holes in their body that they seem to breathe through.

Suicide is a major plot point in episode 3. Women get their love fortunes read, asking if their feelings will ever be realized, and they all commit suicide when told that they won't.

In Episode 7 (Town of No Roads), a girl's family drills peepholes into her bedroom, and could be construed as sexual in nature but isn't explicit.

There isn't one linear story throughout the show, but nearly every episode ends with people dead, mutilated, scarred, or otherwise Very Not Happy.

So, so much. Please don't watch almost any episode of this show if blood or gore is a trigger for you.
