A woman comes driving into the barn of the station while Hughes and Diane are there with a dead deer through her windshield. Nothing is hidden and it’s quite graphic

Season 5 Episode 13 - just before they enter the tenants house (you see the landlord banging at the door) when they enter there are a lot of bugs that are flying about. The whole scene is a lot!
S05 E05 the pregnant lady when they arrive at the scene (it’s once visual a few times audio) it’s in the first half.
S05 E14 when they team does interval running, Vic runs to throw up in the garbage - can’t see anything but hear it a little
Yes but it is by a character that you are supposed to hate and the main characters support the victim of the dead names and stop then person deadnaming them.
a closeted male character who has been married to a female character for 25+ years cheats on her with a man. the cheating is not shown but it’s a heavy theme of many episodes involving a lot of grief/triggers for his son.
One of the main characters is an OB dr who advocates for teaching women about their own bodies. She speaks a lot about periods and the female body and many episodes are centred around that discussion. It's pretty cool.
Not self harm persay but one of the main characters ( Maya) frequently works out to the point of injury/passing out as a way to cope with her emotions.
In the first Crisis One call (Responders are trained in de-escalation and non-violent conflict resolution) a woman that thinks that there are people watching and wanting to hurt her and her mother gets violent
That’s a tricky question. Technically it didn’t happen on this show, it happen on the sister show. But they talk about on this show, and the woman who had miscarriage shows up on this show because she is married to one of the firefighters and they deal with the trauma on this show.
Yes, there is a lot. I just watch to watch awesome rescues, not fire fighters jumping each other, and their romance drama.
It’s not “too” awful at first but it just get worse in later. I just fast forward the scenes.
