This thriller and coming-of-age drama follows the journey of an extraordinary young girl as she evades the relentless pursuit of an off-book CIA agent and tries to unearth the truth behind who she is. Based on the 2011 Joe Wright film.
This tv show contains 32 potentially triggering events.
in the early episodes a pregnant woman is advised not to get an abortion and is shown to be conflicted about it, but the person convincing her not to get the abortion isn’t doing so for any ideological reason, instead financial
Protagonist and her allies are relentlessly pursued without rest throughout the series. Mostly in a fashion typical to action movies, but methods like combing social media, and pretending to be a family member to get information out of friends, might hit a little closer to home for the average person.
They're legal drugs, some of the characters have drugs implanted in them to keep them calm. In S2 E2, Hanna takes a legal sedative and becomes very drowsy
A cat is killed in S3 E1. The first time the cat is seen in potential danger is at 21:30 and the cat is then taken off screen.
The cat is seen again at 31:07 and is dead and on display. The scene ends at 31:24.
The use of this scene, in my opinion: This display is potentially symbolism of what the organization plans to do with the girls once they have finished their jobs or potentially what they do to traitors.
SPOILERS for S3, Ep.1:

Two characters talk about "getting rid of a cat", and someone picks up the cat. A few minutes later, another character goes outside, and the cat is hanging dead. As soon as I got a glimpse of the cat's belly, I immediately covered the screen with my hand, so I'm not sure if they showed anything more graphic. From the border of the screen, it seemed as if then the character burned the cat's dead body.
This scene was very triggering, and I only saw barely a glimpse of it. If you watch this episode, be careful.
S1 E6 opening scene, a man is tortured by being kept in constant freezing conditions with water thrown over him. Later he is strangled with a cord to interrogate him (10:19 - 10:31)
SPOILERS ----------- We learn that a woman killed lots of babies as a cover up and is haunted by it. In S1 E2, there's a scene where she imagines the babies she killed screaming, you don't see anything but the noise is very disturbing. This is at 22:00 - 22:50, if it's triggering you can skip it as you won't miss any of the story. Just be aware it's a big theme of the series.
S2 E2 Hanna has a panic attack at at 40:03 to 40:50 (after this it cuts to a new scene in another location but you won't have missed anything if you skip). It continues at 41:53 - 43:26 where she breaks out of the room, (she's still dissociating but you don't see more of the attack).
At 43:42 we see the dead body of Bruce the farm dog. No kill on screen. Body is no longer seen by 43:44.
