as the name of the movie suggests, one of its central themes is voyeurism. nobody is stalked over long periods of time, but there are many moments where people are being watched without knowing, and is often followed by violence

There is a brief scene where a lizard crawls around on some blankets, on top of a distressed child. The lizard looks real but I don't know if it is distressed.

A character is seeing multiple partners. One doesn't seem to know, and the other knows and seems hurt. It is not a large plot point.

There is a side plot of detectives hunting the killer, but it's not really framed in any specific light, besides them being somewhat competent.

No specific misophonia triggers, but might be worth noting that in the last scene, many audio files are played over each other, and may be overwhelming.

Not really, but there are a few shots including a distorting mirror at the end of the movie (only the face is seen and distorted in the mirror, not the full body)

There's some POV camera-work throughout (replicating the way that the killer watches his victims while he kills)

Worth noting, there is a blind character played by a sighted person. The character has a moment where they are vulnerable to another due to their blindness, but no violence comes of it.

The movie opens with the filming of a sex worker, but no nudity or sexual activity is shown. The main character photographs boudoir photos, so there are sexual themes with that plot, but no nudity or activity.

Basically, circumstances that would cause blood/gore, but none is shown. The kills happen off-screen, and any bodies shown have the wounds off-screen. The final death is on-onscreen, a single puncture wound, but I don't believe there's any blood visible.
