There is a scene where the protagonist and his wife have a heated argument. There is no violence (aside from him reaching out to touch her, and her pushing him away with necessary force), but some yelling.

The protagonist and his wife realize an octopus they purchased for dinner is still alive. They go to release it in the water, but when they throw it in it just floats on the surface, apparently dead.
The protagonist comes home and his wife has butchered a freshly killed chicken. The parts of the chicken (including feet and the head) are in a large dish.
The main character is watching salmon swim upstream and at two points watches a dead fish float on the water's surface.

The first job the protagonist goes on is for someone who has been deceased in their home for an extended period of time. There is rotting food and bugs all over it. They are shown briefly and then not shown again. Afterwards, there is the faint sound of a bug flying (a buzzing sound) but nothing is shown.

I would say no, however there is a sequence where the male lead suddenly starts trying to undress his wife. She tells him "No, stop" and he continues to unbutton her pants and pull them down. The wife doesn't seem afraid, more alarmed that he wants to have sex in the kitchen. She says, "Not here!".

The protagonist is helping to film an instructional video about preparing a corpse. His boss tries to demonstrate shaving, and nicks the protagonist on the cheek with the razor. The protagonist bleeds and freaks out a bit.

During a ceremony, the funeral workers discover that a deceased woman they are preparing has a penis. They then ask the family if they want the final makeup/look to be "woman or man". The family discusses briefly, and the mother notes, "If he'd just been born a girl from the beginning we could have avoided all this." The family ultimately affirms the decision to bury the woman with a female look (affirming the woman's gender). The photo they use in mourning is of their child gender affirmed (ie a photo of her presenting as a woman). After the ceremony, the father approaches the main characters and says that after his child began dressing as a woman, they fought and didn't talk. But seeing the child's smile made him realize, "He may dress like a girl, but he's still my son." (The point of this comment seems to mean "He's still my child" not "He's still really a boy.")The father uses male pronouns through this whole conversation.

At one point the protagonist gets nicked accidentally by a razor and his face bleeds a lot even though the wound is very shallow/small.
