Many people's memories are magically altered throughout the show, and people's suspicions about magic are often dismissed and belittled by the sisters in order to steer people away from the truth. Evil beings (particularly Barbas) also sometimes give people magical hallucinations that distress them and make them question their sanity. S4Ep7 focuses on a bad guy keeping one of the sisters in an illusion of a mental hospital and trying to convince her that she imagined all of the events of the show. S4Ep14, Phoebe's fiancé is keeping a big secret from her, and she can tell something is going on and isn't sitting right with her, but when she asks him if he's hiding anything he says no, and he continues to keep his secret for multiple episodes. S1Ep5, a woman is nearly drowned by a man while she takes a bath; this happens right after Prue says she's going to take a bath. S1Ep13, Prue takes a (non explicit) shower, almost drowns when it fills up, and three men see her in there; Phoebe sees the scene after she touches a water bottle, then the scene happens after Phoebe picks up the phone. S2Ep19, after Charlene is taken through a portal, Prue walks into a bathroom and hears the shower running; the shower is turned off and then the shower curtain is opened to reveal a (non explicitly) naked man. S3Ep17, in the opening scene, two characters take a non explicit shower together.

There's no farting or spitting, but in S2Ep11 when Prue and Piper change the diaper of a baby, the baby pees, narrowly missing Prue. S3Ep18, after one of the sisters leaves Leo with some chips on the couch to go answer the front door, she walks back into the sitting room and Leo immediately burps for a few seconds.
S4Ep7, right after Piper's restraints are removed in the mental institution and the three sisters agree to head up to the attic, a patient is shown receiving electro-therapy in the attic. Additionally, throughout the show, people are frequently electrocuted, either from electronics or from magical blasts of electricity. Countless people are electrocuted in Seasons 3 and 4, as one of the new major characters has the ability to shoot balls of electricity. It is nearly impossible to avoid scenes of electrocution, particularly in those two seasons.
S1Ep5, some scientists prepare to make someone fall asleep and a needle is lowered down to then inject that person; the scene fades away before the injection. S1Ep6, someone is accidentally stabbed with a very large sewing pin while a wedding dress is being altered. S2Ep7, characters are frequently stabbed with needles and pins throughout the episode. S1Ep9, two people cut into their fingers for blood magic; this happens when the three sisters are seen sitting around a table in the attic, and is over when a woman appears in front of them. S2Ep13, right after the snake and rabbit men are spotted at P3, the snake man peels off a large piece of skin from his own face. S3Ep9, right at the beginning of the episode, a man gets angry and slams his hand down onto glass, injuring himself. S3Ep11, after Leo walks in while Piper makes breakfast and Prue makes a potion, Piper accidentally cuts herself with a knife. S3Ep18 centres around magic that makes people unintentionally self-destructive. S4Ep1, in the opening scene, Piper turns to a page for a 'lost witch' spell and cuts her own finger with a knife to use blood in the spell. S4Ep7, right after Phoebe and Paige are shown doing a spell to locate Piper, there is a closeup of Phoebe cutting the tip of her finger with a knife to use the blood for a spell; additionally, there are many mentions of mental patients harming themselves throughout the episode, but none of them actually do. S4Ep19, after Cole and the wizard are shown at Cole's apartment, the wizard cuts himself with a knife to use blood in a spell.
Characters often hyperventilate and cry while panicking in stressful situations. Evil beings (particularly Barbas) also sometimes give people magical hallucinations that distress them and make them question their sanity. S4Ep7 focuses on a bad guy trying to convince one of the sisters that she is having psychotic episodes (she isn't). S4Ep17, after the ghosts first attack Leo, Leo has a flashback to a war battle he was in, and he is in emotional distress afterwards. S5Ep1 and S5Ep2 (A Witch's Tail Part 2) have a continuous plotline about someone having realistic anxiety/panic attacks and frantically scribbling notes on a wall.
Characters often hide/are trapped in small spaces during encounters with evil beings. S5Ep7, after the sisters are trapped in the house and Phoebe overcomes a fear, Paige's claustrophobia leads her to panic as the walls of small room close in on her.
No one has an eating disorder as of Season 5 (as far as I've gotten so far), but in S2Ep22, a magical being longs for food (though doesn't require it to live) but is magically incapable of eating for most of the episode.

S2Ep16 centres around suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts, though no one dies. S3Ep9, an evil force commits suicide in human hosts throughout the episode. S3Ep10, right after Prue and her dad find the ice cream man, the man allows himself to be killed. S3Ep17, a warlock allows the sisters to kill him 9 times because he wants to die. S3Ep18, after the man in the alley runs into the road after the box, he is killed by a truck and it is ruled a suicide; additionally, after Phoebe jumps on the police officer in their house, he intends to shoot himself but Prue stops him. S4Ep1, after Leo finds Piper in their room, Piper mentions that she wishes she had died in place of someone else. S4Ep7, after Cole and Leo find Piper, a woman deliberately steps in the path of danger to sacrifice herself. S4Ep13 focuses on the characters trying to prevent someone from dying by sacrificing themselves after Phoebe sees it in a premonition in the opening scene. S4Ep14, in the opening scene, someone kills their clone; throughout the episode someone vows to kill themselves if need be, but doesn't; when Cole and the old woman are attacked, the old woman sacrifices herself. S5Ep1 focuses on an evil being trying to make a woman commit suicide; the woman does, but she is healed before she dies. S5Ep2 (A Witch's Tail Part 2), after Phoebe goes to the cave where Piper is being tortured, she begins committing suicide, but she is stopped and healed. S5Ep5, the 2nd time the sisters fight Aggressor, he thanks them for killing him; they save his life though. S5Ep9, when the sisters go to the apartment of the bad guy to vanquish him, it is revealed that for the whole episode he has been trying to bait the sisters into killing him; when a sister refuses to, the bad guy finishes the vanquish himself, but he doesn't die. S5Ep10, when Piper and Paige visit Cole, he spends the whole scene trying to kill himself, but he doesn't succeed.
The camera sometimes has a slight shake due to being handheld, and it occasionally shakes, sways, and bounces during fight and chase scenes. There are multiple episodes with different camera affects: S2Ep3, after Piper picks up and carries a painting in Buckland's, the camera sharply tilts around. S2Ep5, throughout the episode, the image frequently flickers/glitches around Phoebe (it's quite dizzying), and during her visions the image warps like heat distortion. S2Ep12, seconds after Piper first walks out from behind the bar beside Phoebe, the image suddenly warps and tilts. S3Ep2, right after the sisters step out of an elevator and freeze the hallway, the image tilts when Piper stumbles. S3Ep3, in the opening scene in P3, the image continuously tilts and warps. S3Ep4, for some scene transitions the image flips or slides. S4Ep14, in the opening scene, the image is distorted and tilts around. S4Ep17, in the first two scenes where Paige is affected by the power infecting her, the image slowly rotates; after the power is removed, the final scene is in P3, where the image rapidly zooms in and out and waves around while a band performs. S5Ep5, the camera twists and whizzes around a lot. S5Ep6, after Phoebe takes a hold of a cup with tea leafs to try get a premonition, the image sharply rushes forward and zooms in; after Phoebe is blown back by wind and announces she's getting a premonition, the image is distorted and jumps around. S5Ep7, after Piper splits up from her sisters and goes downstairs with Leo, she sees a memory where the image is distorted and lags around the edges of people. S5Ep8, the image speeds around in a scene transition later in the episode; while Piper is in the time ripple, the image is distorted and rewinds quickly. S5Ep12, during scene transitions the image zooms around quickly, and at one point the camera spins around in circles. S5Ep14, during all of Leo's dreams the image has a very low frame rate, making all camera and character movements laggy and jumpy. S5Ep15, in the opening scene, after Leo joins the sisters in the garden, Piper gets up then the image distorts when she gets dizzy.

There are no miscarriages as of Season 5 (as far as I've gotten so far), but in S5Ep7, after one of the sisters (who is pregnant) watches her dad leave in a memory, her baby's future life is verbally threatened, and she suddenly clutches her stomach in pain; she and the baby are fine a moment later though.
S1Ep6, Phoebe sees a POV vision of someone giving birth after she picks up a pregnancy test box. The rest of the episode is about a monster trying to get pregnant, but it doesn't succeed. S3Ep4 centres around a pregnant woman (who is constantly in pain from her approaching labour), and she gives birth on-screen near the end of the episode. Throughout Season 5, one of the main characters is pregnant. S5Ep6, after Paige phones Phoebe and Phoebe briefly talks to her boss, the scene changes and a home birthing video is shown upclose as two characters watch it. S5Ep15, About ⅔ of the way through the episode, someone goes into labour. When Phoebe and Paige get home from the restaurant, someone gives birth on-screen.
S4Ep21, after one of the sisters is first trapped in a cage, her baby is magically removed from her womb against her will. S5Ep14, there are technically no abortions, but for about a third of the episode, someone's baby is magically transferred to someone else's body, and then is transferred back near the end of the episode.
S1Ep5, a man is repeatedly rejected by women because he is in a wheelchair; he then kills them all in revenge. S1Ep19, Phoebe makes a few thoughtless comments/assumptions about a blind character (though she corrects herself each time), and characters in the episode who were magically made blind are magically given their sight back. S2Ep7, a doctor refers to long term care of a vegetative patient as "maintenance"; additionally, several times throughout the episode, characters are magically made vegetative, a state which is magically reversed back and forth a few times. S2Ep12, a sick hospital patient gets better after "thinking positive thoughts" for a few hours.
S2Ep5, a woman is magically transformed into a man for the duration of the episode, and characters keep switching between using he/him and she/her pronouns to refer to this person. S3Ep9, an evil force is referred to with she/her pronouns (because the force originally possessed a woman) even when the force is possessing men.
S1Ep1, the first unnamed character to die is a white woman, and the first named character to die is a white man. S1Ep14, the only person to die is a black man; he is shot while standing behind a van, though he is brought back to life later in the episode. S2Ep19 focuses on bringing to justice a white man who killed a black teenage girl. S3Ep8, near the beginning of the episode, there is a funeral for a black person going on in a cemetery that Cole is in.
S2Ep10, right after Prue asks Piper about her necklace while waiting for the bathroom, Piper refers to transgender men in a derogatory way. S3Ep8, right after the bounty hunter leads the sisters into an alley and tells them to get their potions ready, a homeless man is handled roughly and talked down to. S3Ep14 focuses on Native Americans being insulted, publically tortured, and killed. S5Ep6, the g slur is used throughout the episode. S5Ep13, several sexist and misogynistic remarks are made by a man throughout the episode.
The cast has said in interview that they felt oversexualized in later season since the clothes they wear gets more revaling. Especially Phoebe/Alyssa Milano.
S3Ep3, near the beginning of the episode, right after Phoebe stands in the kitchen and tells her sisters she believes fairies exist, one of the sisters makes a comment about fairies and Santa being something only children believe in.
S1Ep5, Prue falls asleep while driving and crashes into a utility pole; she is hospitalized, but she survives. S2Ep16, after Prue and Phoebe leave the police station, Prue backs up the car and crashes into another car, mildly injuring Phoebe. S2Ep21, a few seconds after a car honks at Piper and Leo in a car and then swerves out around them, the car gets into a collision with another car. S4Ep3, in the opening scene, a car speeds around a corner and nearly hits a few other cars. S4Ep10, there are many discussions of a main character's parents dying in a car collision in the past, and there are two on-screen car accidents where the cars go up in flames. S5Ep4, while Paige tells Leo how the innocent got worked up and arrested, she mentions that the innocent ran into the road and caused a vehicle collision. S5Ep8, after Piper and Phoebe leave to try save Miles, Piper swerves the car in front of another vehicle and almost collides with it. S5Ep11, there is a car crash in the opening scene, and a plotline focuses one of the car crash victims being framed in a hit and run case.
S2Ep10, right after Drasi breaks up the first couple, the man who was in the relationship walks into traffic and gets hit; he survives, though he is seen injured on the ground after the sisters agree to deal with Drasi. S2Ep15, right after Bane gets into a prison van, he almost hits a guard standing in front of the gate. S3Ep1, after Cole (the District Attorney) gets attacked in a parking garage, a car comes in and almost hits someone. S3Ep18, when the man in the alley runs into the road after the box, he is killed by a truck. S3Ep21, after the teenage girl is saved in the alley, a dog runs out of the alley and into a road where she is hit by a car; she is fine, her hip is just sore for the remainder of the episode. S4Ep7, after the three sisters escape the mental institution, Piper runs out into the street and is hit by a car; she is injured for the rest of the episode.

S3Ep22, while Prue and Piper stand in the front hall, Prue snaps her fingers and there's a loud crack sound; right after that, there is a lot of blood for the remainder of the episode. S4Ep18, multiple demons drink blood on-screen throughout the episode.
S1Ep4, several guns are fired, and two Asian people are shot and killed. S1Ep9, someone is held at gunpoint after Matthew finds the three sisters and Melinda in the kitchen. S1Ep12, flare guns are fired at creatures multiple times. S1Ep14, a black man and young boy are held at gunpoint, and the man is shot behind a van, though he is brought back to life later in the episode. S2Ep5, after Darryl rushes out of a car outside P3, he shoots and kills a monster who looks like a woman, who comes back to life. S4Ep17, after the ghosts first attack Leo, Leo has a flashback to a war battle with heavy gunfire. S4Ep22, after the witch begins to burn at the stake, someone is shot to death. S5Ep1, after Mylie is shown in the cave after being taken from the manor by the sea hag, Darryl is shown in a shoot out with a machine-gunner. S5Ep5, guns are shot multiple times throughout and one MOC is shot to death.
