One mention of a dog dying in Episode 5, also the end of season 1 features a wolf that is killed by one of the main characters (the wolf may not be strictly real but if seeing a dog die upsets you, this will upset you)
someone does have a terminal illness. someone else devotes his life to trying to fix it, and his character is defined by this relationship. this plot point is only relevant for two or three episodes.

Yeah absolutely. I won't go into too much detail to avoid triggering anyone, but we see a lot of excessively nasty stuff at times. The blood itself can look cartoony and cheap at times but it's definitely not for everyone.
When Harley goes to visit her family both her grandparents are killed and she ends up in a physical altercation with her parents. She almost kills them but deems them "not worth it" and leaves.
No toys are destroyed but a similar theme of innocent things getting twisted is present. The Queen of Fables uses twisted versions of fairy tale characters for her crimes and cooks Humpty Dumpty. In Ivy's mind, one of her greatest fears is very innocent trees being destroyed in a wood chipper.
In late Season 1 Ivy is held captive and is stabbed twice in the neck with a needle by Scarecrow. It's not super graphic (there's no blood) but it's still there.
Not that I remember but there is a scene where they are all unconscious on the ground in matching suicide squad shirts and the landlord tries to put them in the incinerator because she thinks it was a mass suicide pact.
Harley is super close. She has every criteria from the DSM V except for C... Though with E2 I'd argue she's been that way since before her trauma and with F I could go either way: her career as a psychiatrist is ruined but she's a pretty good criminal...
I'm going to say no cause they never address the audience specifically, but there is a lot of topical humor about things like gun laws, politicians, and celebrities
Dr. Pshyco is often just called "Psycho," he is also called a m*dg*t in his introductory episode and is referred to as "A misogynist troll" by Ivy in S1E6. This could just be her calling him a troll like in internet terms, but the term paired with his height makes it unclear.
Clayface will sometimes disguise himself as a woman but the only jokes about it are how needlessly in-depth he gets with the backstories as he does with every other disguise. No one cares that he disguises himself as a woman.
Yes, Harley is objectified all the time and psycho makes sexual comments about random women. Also Harley keeps joking that batman fucks bats and he seems very uncomfortable with that.
Lots of talking about different sexual acts, jokes about erections, and a plot point in early Season one involves Harley making fun of a kid for supposedly having a sexual encounter with another kid his age. In late Season one a man passes out from drug use and gets erect.
The guns mostly don't look very realistic, even the ones the police carry, so I found myself not being bothered except s1e10 where someone is brutally and gorishly shot out of nowhere. S2e8 the guns and sounds start seeming a little more realistic.
