S01E09 - Just after 33 minutes in, Tracy says "Aw, Denny's getting carsick." Nothing happens beyond that statement.
S02E03 - Tracy is sick in the car with Gordo. She says "I'm sick of the staff treating me like some teenager coming in past curfew.", then after a pause, gags, and says "Gordo, pull over." before vomiting. You wont miss anything if you skip to the next scene.
S03E01 - Around 49:40, Yvonne says "Oh my god, I can't breathe," followed by "I'm going to be sick." She isn't sick, but appears visibly unwell.
S03E08 - There are two instances in this episode. Around 2:40, Alexei is sick in his suit. This is after he says "Mayday, mayday," in English, followed by "This is Alexei Poletov," in Russian. He then stumbles towards the camera and vomits. It is slightly visible on his helmet for the rest of the scene. If that's triggering, I'd recommend skipping to the opening credits.
Then, around 49:20, Alexei and Kelly return to HAB2. They make their way up the ramp, where Alexei says "I do not feel well," and Kelly responds "Let's get you inside." After this, it cuts to them entering the HAB, where Alexei is suddenly sick. It's visible on the floor in a shot after that, but after he is lifted onto the table, it is safe.

Nothing visual, but it is discussed. In S02E07, the scene with Margo and Aleida includes them talking about Bill Strausser wetting himself. In the following episode, S02E08, the scene with Aleida and Bill, then the one with Margo and Aleida, and then finally the one with Aleida and Bill again, all discuss this.

It's caused by taking drugs; a character who is high in 3.07 is shown not taking well constant barking of a robot dog. However the scene is cut in a certain way to show how this character is hearing it. So for somebody with misophonia this scene might be highly irritating.

Shaky cam in almost every scene. In some scenes, handheld shots are intercut with mounted camera shots with no apparent rhyme or reason, which I find even more jarring than constant shaky cam.

The beginning of every season shows us very fast, using flashing newspapers and TV reel, what happened during last 10 years between seasons. While it's not flashing very fast, it's to be taken under consideration that it might be hard to watch for some.
