You do not see any dogs injured and the scene is less than five seconds long. You see dogs approaching gunmen, and then a gunman shoots into the camera (the camera representing the dogs point of view). That's all. I am extremely sensitive to animal abuse/injury/suffering, and this was tolerable for me (albeit uncomfortable).
Many people are trapped in a small room, surrounded by fire and chaos, that is filling with smoke/gas that is choking them. They try to escape but their exits are blocked.
There is discussion of a 14-year-old engaging in sex with an older man. She went along with it but later expresses frustration over what happened and it seems her "consent" at the time was passive at best.
Mass shooting with indiscriminate casualties (never really confirmed deaths of children, though) and later a fire and tear gas kills an entire room of women and children. You see them suffering as they die. It's pretty brutal.
There is childbirth in that a child is born, but you don't see or hear the birth. A pregnant woman is (calmly and happily) on her way to give birth, but the scene cuts and later she is seen with a newborn.
