Deckard blocks Rachel from leaving his apartment and shoves her against the wall. Seems like the filmmakers thought it was romantic, but I could see it making people uncomfortable if domestic violence is a trigger.

Deckard kisses Rachel's cheek/neck without asking, and she does not reciprocate. When he moves to kiss her on the lips, she leans back, then gets up and walks briskly away. She tries to leave the room, but he follows her and slams his fist into the door to stop her from opening it. He steps in front of her and she steps away from him before he grabs her arms and roughly shoves her into the wall. He reaches to touch her face and she flinches away, so he grabs her shoulders and again pushes her against the wall. She is visibly distressed as he holds her and leans in to kiss her. He tells her to say "Kiss me" and "I want you" until she repeats after him and then makes her own comments, now kissing him back.
The scene is portrayed as romantic, with sensual saxophone music in the background. The exchange between them at the end implies that Rachel isn't reciprocating because she doesn't trust her own feelings, and that Deckard is "helping" her ask for what she "really wants". In reality, Deckard physically pressures Rachel into kissing him until she stops resisting.

Not raped, but a female character is stopped from leaving, shoved against a wall, and basically made out with by Deckard until she consents. I doubt the filmmakers consider it rape, but you should be careful if it's triggering for you.

A character has their fingers dislocated by another character - this is technically done off-screen because the camera jumps to the character's face when it happens, but we see their fingers being grabbed in preparation for this. Shortly after they reset the fingers on-screen. Both moments have cracking/snapping sounds and the character exclaiming in pain.
