Someone takes a Xanax or more, but I don't know if that counts. Twice, someone plans to or is about to drug someone else, but it ends up not happening. ... A whole sideplot is about drug dealers coming after people. We don't see drugs being sold, and we don't see any drugs.

Depends on definition. Someone gets extremely drunk (and disorderly) on a night out, makes a fool of herself and projectile vomits, the vomit clearly consisting almost entirely of alcohol. Other scenes hint that she may have a general alcohol problem (regular binge drinking, maybe).
