Dr. Nathaniel Grant is a pioneering organ-transplant surgeon who takes risks that other doctors would not in order to save the lives of his patients. He works closely with his ex-wife, Kate Armstrong, an organ-donor coordinator with whom he has a volatile relationship. Grant's arrogance and willingness to perform risky procedures causes him to butt heads with the hospital administration. But his main focus is on his intense relationship with his job and his patients, often at the expense of his family.

No, but Parker tells Jack that she thinks nobody wants her around, including her parents, and that she thinks that's why she's been staying at Heartland for the past few weeks.
Amy finds Remi (Their long haired German Shepherd )dying in her favorite field. It’s assumed she died of old age, because they talk about her having a long/good life. A lot of the episode is spent with them searching for her. They have a little memorial service her. It’s really sad.
No but there's an episode where the teens think that there is a ghost. Spoiler, it's not a ghost.
Amy sees visions but I don't think the person she is seeing is a ghost. It's debatable.
