No, but there's some ... pretty intense possessive behaviour from one half of a couple that results in a lot of yelling. Like, on the verge of violence, but it never boils over. It's definitely uncomfortable at times.

I watched this on HBO Max, so the time stamps are from there.
There are only some in season 1, and none in season 2. Basically, any time the main character is sleeping is when you need to beware. Any episode not mentioned below, has no spiders or webs.
Episode 1 - From 16:40 to 16:50.
Episode 2 - From 4:45 to 5:12.
Episode 4 - Trapped in thick web from 7:35 to 7:37.
Episode 6 - Ethereal hanging webs from 20:17 to 21:37.
Mixed in with the flashbacks from 24:50 to 25:05.
Episode 7 - Slowly gets covered in ethereal looking webs that float from 8:29 to 9:10.

Kind of. This season has several episodes with scenes in what is an abandoned hospital. It strikes me as more of a mental hospital than a traditional hospital, but it's so old-fashioned that it's hard to tell.

(Spoiler) One of the (so far) only main wlw couple gets murdered. Wasn't homophobic murder, but targeted because of her power. Not an intentional bury your gays but the murder wasn't written as well or with as much respect as other deaths in the show. Hard-hitting as they're an older wlw couple who have been together for decades & we're shown the surviving woman grieving and desperate to find her when she realises she's missing
