The story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. 200 years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind — and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.

In-universe one episode, a Native American man discusses being typecast as a "mysterious indian" in Hollywood. But this is played as a joke on Hollywood’s expense, and he is not misrepresented by the show itself meta-wise.
I’m again saying yes on a technicality. There isn’t modern English/societal hate speech but there is speech that is hate speech within the Fallout universe regarding ghouls (irradiated humans) including barring them from establishments and calling them things like “freaks” and “abominations”
