A teacher attempts to strike multiple children, but fails, as one child is what can only be described as Zorro-esque, and fights him off. One can assume the teacher does this often.
A priest near the beginning also threatens to carve a child's backside with Zorro's "Z" insignia.

The main villain has a cross shape burned into his face, implied to be intentional and because of his religious zealotry.

While they are not, a villain lands on a cactus and has a face full of cactus needles which are shown embedded in his face and seem quite painful

Spoilers:
Near the beginning, during the vote for statehood, a g*nshot suddenly rings out, followed by many more, and it is quite distressing, especially taking into account the main villain's racist tirade about his firearm immediately following it.
A few scenes later, Elena fights off two men successfully until one pulls a firearm and aims at her face.
Later still, many men fire upon a home of a family of three, eventually setting the home ablaze. During the chaos, the main villain kills the father with a handg*n.
Another scene has the Padre seemingly killed by the same villain's firearm at close range.
Many intermittent fire fights throughout the film, but minimal blood.

I'm unsure as to why there is no option for general or other specified racism on DDDD. Regardless, the main villain is unabashedly racist towards Latino people, referring to them as "inferior races" and supporting his racial views eith religious doctrine. This film may be upsetting for those with racial and/or religious trauma.

When a crowd of people are fired upon, a baby can be heard crying. Later on, during an armed onslaught upon a family home and its subsequent arson, the couple's baby is crying loudly throughout.

Many main characters are Catholic or vaguely Christian, including, but not limited to clergy members and the primary villain. Dialogue involves expected religious bias and blatant usage of religious doctrine to support violence, racism and the like.
