Report48 hours in the life of a burnt-out paramedic. Once called Father Frank for his efforts to rescue lives, Frank sees the ghosts of those he failed to save around every turn. A glass fish tank is destroyed during an off-screen violent encounter. The eight fish on the floor are not quite dead when the protagonist arrives, but no one acts to put them back into water, so it can be assumed that they die.

Not an eating disorder exactly, but the main character doesn’t eat due to stress and overwork.

Yes and no. Several people died before the movie started and are mentioned by the paramedic. From what we see happen, a white guy dies first but is brought back to life and is hospitalized in a coma. The first person we see die, who stays dead, is a young Black man.

Lots of racial slurs. A long scene where the paramedics ridicule a homeless man for his smell, they even go so far as to lean out of the ambulance and gag.

There are a few people who are homeless. There is also an extensive scene with the paramedics gagging and complaining about the way a homeless man smells.
