Two main characters are involved in a plane crash; I forget the season, its one of the mid seasons. The crash is pretty brutal, it happens because the plane was shot at, which damaged the plane itself and one of the main characters. Overall, the characters aren’t very injured by the crash itself, but it’s a pretty intense scene.

After the credits, when McGarrett finds him, he has hauled himself away to die in a shipping container where he is prone and bleeding.
