Spoilers ahead - A pregnant woman gets accidentally thrown to the floor and then later on she hurries to the toilet with blood coming from in between her legs. The doctor says it's fine but in the flash forward scene she has photos of the baby scan and nothing else. Her father says 'she wanted a family, so it hit her pretty hard.' There's also another baby that she carries and it survives, same woman.
