Snakes in a vision are sliced up with a sword, though they're clearly CGI.

I disagree with the previous comment about it being the entire thing, but there is some in this film. Specifics as follows: Bartolomea before the film begins is sexually assaulted by her father and brothers. This is not seen but told early when we meet the character and she’s in the bathroom, signs of the abuse is shown and she mentions it. Later, Benedetta’s dream sequence shows her running from a group of men, they capture her and hold her down intending to rape her but nothing happens, as a man shows up and decapitates/murders her would be rapists. This man later tries to grab her and she fends him off before waking up. The third and final time of sexual assault is after the trial Bartolomea is taken to be torture and she is raped with a torture device. It’s is an incredibly upsetting scene to watch, but it cuts away shortly after it begins — her screams are heard though after we cut away that are equally distressing.
That is all for what is in this film. There are some other moments between the two main lovers where consent lines feel more blurry — there is a groping early in the film in the church that is unclear whether it was wanted and later a woman masturbates in front of her partner though the partner is not receptive. Those are two other times where it’s blurry.

Yes, after a nun who had sex with another woman by using a dildo is found out, she is raped with some medieval torture device, I'm not sure I had to skip

Benedetta tells Bartolomea to stick her hand into boiling water as punishment- and she does it. Her whole hand needs to be bandaged after.

The man with a missing eye as mentioned in the other comment shows up later in the film in a dream sequence and his eye is clawed at and scratched by a woman.

Technically, yes. A child's Virgin Mary statue is taken away from her as a child. Later as an adult another nun whittles it into a dildo.

The original abbess/Sister Felecita throws up blood at one point in the movie. The timestamp is around 1 hour and 43 minutes in (still in theaters so no specific timestamp). This happens after [SPOILERS] Bartolomea is screaming from torture, Benedetta is seen crying in the hallway then it cut to the sister about to vomit. Visuals and sounds, it only lasts about 10-15 seconds as a scene though.

Yes, around 18 minutes in. Bartolomea uses the toilet on screen. Sounds are heard. The way it's written makes me think someone on set had a fetish.

Early in the film Benedetta shows Bartolomea the bathrooms and then both poop, lots of fart sounds in this scene.

Ambiguous. One of the nuns is ill with some sort of long-term disease which includes some sort of sores or tumors to her breast. She passes away from this about halfway through the movie.

Sister Jacopa shows off a large burn across one breast that looks like self harm- she calls it her “secret lover”, says she takes pride in her suffering.

After Sister Christina is humiliated and whips herself, the next scene we see her she climbs to the top of the convent and commits suicide. We see her fall and her on the ground, she is still alive initially after she lands. At the end of the film Sister Felicita commits suicide by jumping into the fire and burning herself alive.

Sister Jacopa implies that the reason she does self harm is because of her “sin” of being born a Jew.

The women in this movie are naked more often than they're clothed. There is consensual sexual content between two women, a vision of an attempted gang rape, and a woman being tortured in a sexual manner.

I think it’s ambiguous. Specifically for queer films, both of the queer women survive this film and I think in the performances (and looking historically at what actually happened) insinuate that these women reunite. Benedetta herself lived a long life as revealed by the post film dialogue. I think that if we’re viewing it through her it is a happy ending.

After a vision where she embraces the crucified Jesus, Benedetta has stigmata (holes in each palm, and a slash in her side) that bleed freely and deeply. She also bleeds down her face from “crown of thorns” wounds on her head.
