YES! S2E3 there is a scene where Nadia is inspecting her arms. From 16 minutes onwards (as soon as she shatters the mirror), skip to 16:50 to avoid. [SPOILERS] Nadia scratches herself and then examines her arms when she notices she has insect like bites on her skin, picks at her skin and then eventually pulls out a feathery bug from under it.

I'm not sure if it counts, but just to be sure: In season 1 ep 7, at the end of the episode Nadia throws up with a piece of a shattered mirror which ends up graphically shows her choking on it, puking out blood and it splattering on everything around her. Aside from that I don't remember any scenes lile that worth noting.

Season 2, Episode 1. There's a scene with the main character in a bathroom. I thought it might have been safe, but there is a very rapid gag-to-v*m moment. It is quick and is only audio, to my knowledge, and wasn't TOO triggering for me, but it's there. Once you see a tear slide down the character's face, skip ahead about 10 seconds and you should be clear.

The protagonist doesn't engage in self harm in the cutting sense but both she and another person trapped in time quickly display other self-destructive behaviours like crossing roads without any care etc.
Also, several characters are indirectly hurting themselves by violent, destructive behaviour against objects, endangering themselves.
