Slightly. A person who was taken prisoner and abused is allowed more freedom by their captor because they have shown trust worthiness. Also, throughout, people forgive one another for past wrongdoing.
S1E6, a man frisks a guy and two women before they can enter, and he's not light on touching the women. It is brief. Later in the same episode, a non-consenting sexual act is started (heard, and in a later scene, seen) but interrupted.
Very slight. More so that the mother is proactively ensuring that her daughter is not sexualized and she describes what would happen if he did sexualize her. There is also a quick scene where a car drives by with men in the front seat and a young girl in the back seat. It’s assumed they have abducted her because they saw her earlier with her parents.
Early on in the first episode, the little girl’s parents can’t go to safety with her because the dad was bitten by a zombie. Very emotional sad scene between the husband and wife until the husband goes full z mode and attacks her. He then gets shot and killed
arguably one of the characters is autistic and is threatened and treated poorly by spears. however, its a stretch to call it abuse. i marked yes just in case
In season 2 someone gets bitten and shoots himself in the head. There is a warning at the beginning at the episode though so you'll know which one it is
*SPOILER* There is a deaf character named Ryan who is shot and killed because he moves. However, he was not able to hear that he was told not to move. Could be triggering for some.
S1E6, a man frisks a guy and two women before they can enter, and he's not light on touching the women. It is brief. Later in the same episode, we get a quick glimpse of a blowjob, and a sexual intercourse can be heard then seen (both seem consented). A non-consenting sexual act is then started (heard, and in a later scene, seen) but interrupted.
*SPOILER* A car crashes and a woman named Barbara is graphically thrown from the vehicle. She is killed and two other characters are injured in the crash.
