Avoid Season 5 Episode 5, titled "Reedickyoulus." Meatwad's lovely pet kitten Terrence is stolen from him by Shake while distracted during a serenade for said kitten. Terrence is then shoved inside of a microwave and graphically and horrifyingly killed. Another kitten named Mr. Sparkles also sadly suffers the same fate, helplessly pawing at the microwave window for the help he won't receive all the while. Terrence and Mr. Sparkles later appear as zombies in the episode, alongside other zombified cats and animals.

If you count Meatwad’s “dolls” (which are usually a paper towel tube and an apple with faces drawn on them). Shake puts them through a lawn mower in one episode, but this just prompts Frylock to buy Meatwad new dolls. They also reappear in later episodes

Frylock gets cancer in this episode. Unlike a lot of episodes in the show, this is actually handled with a lot of respect and is treated seriously (granted this is likely done as a joke because of the fact it's treated so seriously). He gets better by the end of the episode.

There are a few minor & brief moments throughout the series that feature sounds of babies crying, but one episode in particular (4x12) involves a seemingly estranged child of Shake’s, who cries a lot through the episode. Granted, it’s revealed that this “child” is much older than Shake, but it’s still not the easiest episode to get through if you’re someone with this trigger or with hyper-empathy.

Meatwad is tricked, called the R-word, calls himself the R-word and sometimes is treated like a pet. He's also depicted being unexpectedly talented at various things which can be likened to savant syndrome.

The episode is a satirical take on blackface. Not surprisingly it was pulled from air and streaming in 2020. Personally I found a lot of other stuff in the show to be in way more poor taste than this, but I can respect people not wanting to watch it.
