pretty sure Teruki's story touches on the fact his parents are not present, but i dont think there's any confirmation as to where they are. from what i've seen, it's widely believed he is abandoned. this is not talked about in the show, though

Manipulation is a recurring theme of the series. While these themes are initially played for comedy, later arcs get more serious and feature characters who explicitly use gaslighting as a means of keeping others under control.

Both in the anime (S2 Ep. 5) and the manga, a character is seen kicking and eventually killing a cat that another character was taking care of.
The cat is revealed to be fine, later, after it is revealed that the world that the character is currently residing in isn't real.

(Ch. 61 || S2E4) The spirit possessing the body of a young girl attempts to free itself from restraints by breaking a number of the girl's bones. Despite the audible cracking sounds and visible blood, the girl is later shown to be physically fine. (Ch. 90.8 || S2E13) Psychic powers are used to break many bones simultaneously. Though the skin is not pierced, it is visibly and audibly painful.

In the manga, a ghost (Mogami), traps Mob in a false version of his life where he no longer has friends or family, and is bullied incessantly and violently. Though it is shown to last only a few moments in reality, Mob perceives this period of psychological torture as lasting for months, and is upset greatly by it.

The police don't really show up in the manga or anime, surprisingly. None of it I would consider copaganda. There is one time I can think of near the end of S2 where a character mentions it's probably best to phone the police, though they don't end up involving them. During the scene where Shimizaki is abducting the prime minister on live television, a bunch of cops or security guards show up on stage to stop him. In chapter 100 of the manga, some cops show up to attempt to talk to one of the characters, but fails.

Mob, who is autistic coded, whenever he is emotionally overwhelmed can enter a state the show refers to as ???% where he becomes a violent walking mass of unstoppable psychic power, attacking anything in sight. The climax of the final season revolves around most of the cast trying to stop ???% as he goes on a rampage, destroying the city and attacking anyone he lays eyes upon, including his friends and brother.

I'm pretty sure there's only one car crash. Towards the end of the manga, (spoilers) a significant character is hit by a car and it's a major plot point. Some blood is shown.

(Ch. 100) A character is hit by a car. While the moment of impact is not seen, they are shown unconscious and bleeding after the event.

There is a psychic explosion that resembles a nuclear explosion, but no actual nuclear explosions take place.

There's blood. It's not a gory show, but there are some exceptions to the rule.

A part of the Dragger's legend is dragging people underwater and drowning them. There's at least one scene where a character seems to have drowned, but is later shown to be fine.
