There are also suicide jokes sprinkled here and there. MOST RELEVANT EPISODES: S2E2 (hanging; dies); S3E12 (gun to head; dies); S3E13 (prev. instance is mentioned frequently + another by gun to head). I would also be cautious when watching the "previously on Star" recaps at the beginning of episodes.

In S1E1 we see (clothed) sexual assault of a minor, and there are flashbacks to this throughout the show. In S3E1 someone is sexually assaulted in their home, and it becomes a new plotline until the end of S3E9, and is brought up again in the last episode. There are instances of "consensual" sex involving minors under 18 and adults throughout the show, including with main characters. Characters also talk about instances where they or other people have been sexually assaulted. On-screen straight-up sexual assault doesn't happen that often (usually cuts away), but I'd say there are enough dubious consent scenes that I would maybe avoid the show if it makes you uncomfortable.

ABSOLUTELY YES. Two of the main characters are under 18, one of them being 16. They act sexually in their music performances throughout the show. One of them has a learned habit of using sex to get what she wants or needs. There is no nudity, as most of the sex scenes are fade to black.
