S2 E1 has several hospital scenes. [SPOILERS] 2 of the characters were in a car accident in the season 1 finale and are injured from it and another character breaks his arm in the same episode while at the hospital. In S2 E7, a character gives birth and we see her in the hospital with her baby for a few scenes afterwards

A character suffers a miscarriage in S2 E3. It is not graphic, we see her not feeling well and then come out of a bathroom very shaky asking to be taken to the hospital. We learn later that she miscarried.
