Some levels have snakes as obstacles to avoid. The character Jelly Serpent is a medusa-like character who has snakes for hair and has a snake-like tail. Snakes and snake-like mannerisms/imagery are also a very heavy theme for Snake Fruit Cookie (obviously), including snakes that show up during their special ability. Longan Dragon Cookie's palace also has a lot of snake imagery

Not in the game proper, but expect a LOT of Adult x Minor ships to pop up in the fandom, especially when it comes to characters with ambiguous/unconfirmed ages.

EDIT: This came to a head with Cream Unicorn, as the fandom frequently called them a predator for wanting to make children happy. When Cream Unicorn was released into kingdom and started that mess all over again, the voice actor even had to step in to tell the fandom to knock ot off.

When a Cookie runs oit of energy while running, some of the exhaustion animations can look similar to falling unconsious. Gingerbrave and Knight, for example, has the classic X-X face. If it's any consolation, some just appear to be out of breath from running (Princess), transform or disappear (Cream Unicorn and Roguefort, respectively), having fun despite running out of energy (Apple), or simply falling asleep (Walnut)

In "Operation: Save The Future", Director Croissant Cookie sacrifices her timeline and herself to keep the problems in it from affecting other timelines. One of the events actually show this happening, although the "death" scene is not graphic and simply shows her fading away into dust.

Debatable. The character Almond cookie is a detective and police officers show up in his skill, however there isn't really a lot of focus on the police officers. As for Almond himself, the game doesn't really go into or glorify things like police work. He acts more like a private investigator than a police detective. In the Butter Painting museum event, Almond wrongfully accuses and arrests Roguefort for a crime, but it is not portrayed in a positive light and the rest of the event has Walnut clear their name and Almond accept that he was wrong and let them go. Unlawful acts or unnecessary force are not present nor celebrated at any point.

The character Dr. Wasabi Cookie uses a syringe-like item in her special ability. It is only used to make small wasabi creatures, but in other bits of dialogue it's implied she has injected other things with the wasabi syrup. It is never shown graphically in-game. Milk Cookie has a doctor costume that includes a syringe, but he doesn't use it.

The character goblin cookie could be seen as an antisemetic caricature, and Milk Cookie seems to bear resemblance to Christian crusaders. There is no blatant antisemitism in the game, but many Jewish fans have expressed discomfort with these two characters in particular.

For romance repulsed folks, Cotton Candy Cookie could come off as annoying at best and downright triggering at worst, since her entire concept is romance and writing love letters, but she's not meant to be inherently aphobic, more of a hopless romantic type.

Horrifyingly orientalist, racist, and Islamaphobic caricatures were added to the game on Ramadan. Only a few hateful elements of them have been removed, the rest is still there. Includes conflation of Muslims with bombs.

Some characters have a "sexual appeal" (Scorpion's main pose is very seductive), and many people in the fandom refer to characters like Almond and Eggnog as "dilfs" (meaning Dad I'd like to f*ck), but there's otherwise nothing inherently sexual ingame

The character Pink Choco Cookie uses a sci-fi style ray gun to create jellies in her special ability. The gun does not fire projectiles and never harms others, though it does make obstacles disappear. The character String Gummy weilds a slightly more realistic gun and, while it does not fire actual bullets, in the "Save The Future" event the dialog implies that he points the gun at Croissant Cookie (there is no actual image of him pointing the gun at her)
