In one scene, as part of a movie a character is filming. It’s a lot of blood, but it also looks very fake.

A character is holding a chicken briefly and as they turn their back to camera you hear a brief squawk and crack, implying that they broke the chicken’s neck so it is now deceased.

2 times, both near the beginning of the movie when a character takes a shot of a “thousand year old egg” drink and is gagging and looks uncomfortable, she actually vomits after she slaps her boss and then vomits again during the scene directly after. Both times are obvious when they are about to happen and are visual and have audio. It’s pretty graphic so look away or skip the part where she is about to take the shot to when the scene changes next and they are in an entirely new location. Sorry if this is super long😭

A character implied to be non-binary willingly reveals her/their own birth name. It’s not used again.

There’s a scene where the boy and woman are on the beach and the boy runs into the water even though it’s established he can’t swim. He tries drowning himself but doesn’t succeed.

Characters joke about how Asian parents will make their kids overeat, then rudely comment on their weight. Later, a character’s older relative jokes about her friend’s face being too round. All of these jokes are shown in a negative light.
