Not really but even if mild, the two moments of major gore are definitely of impact seen that the rest of the movie presents no gore whatsoever. Apart from an appearance in a dream of a smashed skull in a "ghost", the ending shot shows SPOILER the main character's face after she supposedly jumped off a roof and it's quite graphic and disturbing (again, compared to the rest of the movie)

The intent of hurting herself is not overly explicited but portrayed as more of a "sacrifice" for the main character.
