Parents heard arguing and Jake very angrily and aggressively stops a conversation he doesn't like. He also aggressively and repeatedly pounds on the steering wheel when his girlfriend doesn't want to stop to throw out trash.
Port wine is served at the table, and later a character lies to this other character saying she had too much to drink even thought she didn’t. Also she behaves drunk toward the end of the movie.

It is very unclear but it makes you severely question weather or not everyone is a ghost. People appear and disappear and age rapidly and several different supernatural things occur.
There is one distinct jump scare at about 1:44 minutes right after they kiss. Aside from that the ENTIRE movie is completely unsettling. Mildly creepy and unnerving is the vibe felt completely through this movie.

Yes, there is a very heavily implied suicide scene at the end. We do not see the character die, but it is clear that they committed suicide.
Throughout the movie, suicide is glorified and pondered, hence the name of the movie.
I mean it really depends how you look at it. The last sequence is Jake seeing what could’ve been in his life. He dies from hypothermia but now he can live his life how he wanted it to be. so it depends
