Spoilers: the family dog has died some time in the past. In a flash back our protag digs up its corpse and pulls the tongue out for a spell. Its skull is clearly shown.
The father is heavily implied to be alcoholic and verbally/emotionally abusive. Throughout the course of the movie he physically assaults several family members.
The dad is abusive verbal/physical and there is a moment where he says something along the lines of “I’m joking…you can’t take a joke” right after screaming at one of the kids and beating the wall.
SPOILERS!!! Melissa has a dream where she rips open her own stomach and then near the end of the movie Amy apears and weird barbed wire like bloody stuff comes from her wrists and mouth to wrap around Melissa
No but someone drinks a whole bottle of cold and flu medicine and gets incredibly sick. They drank it right after the death of someone they loved, while reflecting on their actions which they feel were related to the death. So there is the implication that it was done with the hope of a fatal overdose.

A question is asked when the family think they have encountered a dog & the “dog” replies in a creepy voice, not a jump scare per say but makes you jump.
Two characters gag at 0:38:36, a character throws up shortly afterwards, it's over at 0:39:15 - A character throws up around 0:51:15 (shown very briefly) - A character throws up at 1:13:55, over at 1:14:28
A character scratches at a bandaged wrist periodically, and then later picks the scabs off that wound quite graphically. The wound itself turns out not to be self inflicted.
The other character, who has self harmed in the past, is shown in a dream holding up bleeding wrists.
A girl with mental illness draws blood from herself and from another person (consenting) for a ritual. An alcoholic man physically assaults his family members, including children, several times.
A character wakes up vomiting into a toilet. It is revealed that she drank a bottle of sleeping medicine after the death of a loved one, and (while not stated) is assumed to be a suicide attempt
The characters don't experience claustrophobia, but the entire movie takes place in one small room (other than flashbacks) so the overall feel of the movie is claustrophobic. Something else that's important to note, the reason it takes place in one room is because they are trapped. There are many scenes where the characters desperately attempt to escape, sometimes injuring themselves in the process.
No but several times the mother tells the story about the birth of one of her children, including how she had the baby unexpectedly in a grocery store with help from EMTs when they eventually arrived.
