A carcass is shown inside the Myers house. It is mentioned that it is a dead dog, which was originally mentioned but not shown by Loomis and the police officers in the 1978 Halloween movie. Nothing too gory, but we can see it was gutted. It is hard to make out that it was a dog, but again, it was confirmed as a dog in multiple movies.
There are TWO eyeball scenes when Michael is killing. The first being the man in the doctor costume (at the park) and second when Michael goes back to his childhood home and finds Big John/Little John
Edit:
MILD SPOILER:
Someone rings a doorbell and looks distraught and says that her sister swallowed a candy bar with a razor in it. The person goes out and the shot of v* is very brief. It's fake v* for a prank. You don't actually see someone do it. It's in the first portion of the film
The film employs copaganada somewhat subtly - there are multiple instances where it is framed as wrong that the police are not killing unarmed prisoners, and multiple shots of the police when compared to the civilians that clearly portray them as right when

the fact that the movie expects me to believe that police would not be all gung-ho about shooting michael meyers and anyone else is startling and clear copaganda
Yes, during one of the hospital scenes a man jumps from a high height. His body is shown after and it's probably the goriest part of the whole movie. Watch with caution.
While there is nothing explicitly said in the film, the actions towards the mentally ill characters in the film are certainly ableist, and the treatment of mentally ill characters by the film is very ableist
Cameron is still wearing the skirt and top for his Bonnie Parker costume from the previous film, but it isn't played for laughs (or even mentioned in any way).
