I think there are many examples but at least in one episode, everyone gets very badly addicted to caffeine. Also Horst is always seen drinking an unknown beverage, most likely alcohol. Nothing related to his addiction is mentioned.

Mort (who is definitely bisexual despite it never being stated) often ends up in situations where he should die or it seems like he does, but he is an immortal god so he obviously doesn't.
