Many of the characters could be considered alcoholics, especially the trailer park supervisor who is constantly getting into scrapes because of his drinking. Julian is rarely seen without a glass of whiskey in his hand, even while driving. Ricky’s father has acquired thousands of dollars worth of empty bottles from his drinking. Ricky often suggests getting drunk and high as a group activity.

Multiple deaths of goldfish by brutal means are played for laughs. It is likely that goldfish were actually killed as their remains are shown floating. Even if the fish weren't killed, they are clearly stressed by being out of water and handled repeatedly.

I think the other comment is referring to s4e6, 16mins in. The trailer bangs around with little sound but clattering, and a character runs out, visibly upset in their underwear. There is a joke about him asking for it (wore animal print after being told not to) but the character is removed from the situation after and taken care of

"I'm Not Gay, I Love Lucy..."
14:10, Trevor spits out gasoline(?) from his mouth, no gag/hack noise, but it's a little visually unappealing.
19:20, Ricky throws up in the bathroom, no visual, just auditory coughing. No splash sounds.

The antagonist becomes extremely unstable as a result of his alcoholism, having public outbursts in which he threatens or attempts to kill main characters. While not specified, a major character is implied to have some form of (stereotyped) learning difficulty.

Characters frequently fire guns to scare each other and to harm each other. There’s a running joke where a main character keeps getting shot by accident (he’s always fine in the end). Gun scenes range from one character threatening another to a huge public shootout.
