yes. a few, actually. spoilers! sorry if i get details wrong (i only got back into this game somewhat recently) but the main stuff is true ^^
- most notable example is mafuyu asahina's mother. mafuyu's conflict, and the entire group's for that matter, surrounds her mother's emotional manipulation. she manipulates her daughter to be the "perfect daughter". one time, when mafuyu was younger, her and her mother went to phoenix wonderland and mafuyu got lost. when her mother found her, she started to wonder out loud if mafuyu had become a "bad girl" (guilt tripping). mafuyu's mom also told her she should be a doctor, when she wanted to be a nurse.
- another notable example is harumichi aoyagi, toya's dad. harumichi is a classical musician, and forced toya to practice classical music daily, even if his hands started to hurt. harumichi would also belittle toya if he made a mistake. it got to the point where he couldn't take it anymore, and rebelled against his father. his mother isn't much better, either. she would prohibit him from going on school trips or doing sports and stuff like that in case he injured himself and was unable to practice. because of that, he's very unathletic and there was an entire event where the plot was that vivid bad squad went camping because toya was never allowed to do so. in the event, he also held a knife for the *first time in his life* to cut a pepper.
- shin'ei shinonome, while less abusive than mafumom or harumichi, is still a bad parent, mostly towards his daughter ena. shin'ei and harumichi are on opposite ends of the spectrum. whereas harumichi forced toya to follow his footsteps, shin'ei is entirely against his daughter doing the same. he's an artist, and when she was younger, ena looked up to him and also wanted to be an artist. but eventually, he irreversibly destroyed his daughter's self esteem, coldly saying she doesn't have the talent to be an artist. ... he's actually quite bad with words, and he was trying to prevent ena from the struggles artists have to face, but instead gave her entirely different struggles along with the artist struggles. shin'ei also doesn't really seem to be too interested in his son akito.

Before the events of the unit stories, Ena is mentioned to have frequently lashed out in a physical manner against her younger brother Akito, throwing objects at him and scratching his face with her nails-- so frequently that Touya believed he owned a cat. The siblings have since reconciled, and Ena has grown significantly, but it is something that was mentioned and described in moderate detail by Akito in a card story.

There is a character who is an abuse victim (Ena) who is regularly violent with her brother, although there is debate over whether it's an extremely escalated sibling rivalry or abuse. I'd say most people lean towards it being a sibling rivalry, as Akito regularly fights back.
EDIT: actually it was recently implied that Mafuyu's mom may have experienced similar generational trauma that caused her to abuse Mafuyu.

Yes, but I disagree with the other comment-- Emu was not abused. She was treated sternly by her brothers in the plot surrounding the fate of their family amusement park, but she has always been loved and treated kindly by her family, as shown by later event stories.

There's a brief implication in the show put on during the Wonder Magical Showtime event that a (fictional) foal may have perished in the (fictional) war, but nothing is explicitly said, and also it was a show, so I'm gonna say no.

There are several instances where characters struggle to breathe, either due to running out of breath or due to anxiety, but there is also an instance in the Wonderlands x Showtime unity story where a side character puts Tsukasa into a chokehold so strong that he thinks he might die if he doesn't cooperate. It's played as a sort of half-joke, but it's worth mentioning.

Not in the main setting of the game, but there is a set of Evillious/Seven Deadly Sins crossover cards, each with card stories depicting the stories of the characters from that series. One of which is Banica Conchita, who not only consumes other humans, but eventually, herself. This is included in her card story, though only through dialogue as nothing is shown, and it's implied she tries to consume the person she's reminiscing about her life with (the reader) as well.

Not in the main setting of the game, but there is a set of Evillious/Seven Deadly Sins crossover cards, each with card stories depicting the stories of the characters from that series. One of which is Sudou Kayo, whose card stories mention that her husband and child perished due to a fire. It isn't directly shown, but there is dialogue discussing it, and a nightmare scene with fire effects placed atop the town background image.

Not in the main setting of the game, but in the collaborative Evillious/Seven Deadly Sins crossover cards, there are two notable child deaths in the card stories: one of which being Allen Avedonia (Riliane's servant and twin brother, age 15), and the other Michelle Marlon (Gallerian's daughter, age 16). Their ages are not explicitly stated in the game, however the card stories closely follow the original series, which have known years of birth and death. Also, their deaths are not explicitly shown, however in Allen's case, they display an image of the guillotine used to decapitate him, as well as play a sound effect of the blade falling.

The outfits are also heavily based off of princess mononoke. Western fans just misunderstood and spread misinfo without factchecking.

Some of the songs have religious themes, such as God-ish, although the main storyline does not tackle any religious themes.

Not explicitly- but for some reason, there was discussion a while back about how the Sekais were actually Hell and the Vocaloids were demons or something. Also, there are some character cards and songs that allude to Hell and demons and stuff

I would say no, but I do think it's worth noting that they sure did release three different MVs for Pomp and Circumstance/Ifuudoudou (a highly NSFW song), one of which was the full cover with all of the blatantly sexual lyrics included, and one of which was when they put all four of the boy OCs into the same unit. I think Colorful Palette knows full well what they're doing. It's a little sus.

Not in the game's story content, but several songs in the game, both original versions sung by Vocaloids and covers featuring the original characters of the game (which as of the time of writing are all minors), feature varying levels of sexual implications in their lyrics, ranging from subtle to exceptionally blatant (including moaning?).

not in present time, but two characters are known to have died from terminal illnesses (one being cancer, but that's a different can of worms for a different trigger)
saki's illness isn't confirmed to be terminal

Saki has an unspecified chronic illness. Her backstory heavily focuses on her hospitalization for it and she sometimes overexhausts herself in the main stories.

Kanade's father suffers from memory loss, though it isn't stated what specifically he has.

Some event stories have worrying endings set up as cliffhangers or plot hooks, but they're typically resolved in later stories.

In the Live with Memories event, a side character narrowly avoids being hit by a car while crossing the street, and there are both honking and tire screeching sound effects as he dodges out of the way.

It isn't ever shown on screen, but it is mentioned several times in the Vivid BAD SQUAD stories that a side character was hit by a speeding car at an intersection, which is why he is hospitalized and can no longer perform.

No, but it is worth noting that in the "A Desperate Situation!? Island Panic!" event story, Wonderlands x Showtime are thrown off of their boat and into the ocean during a storm at sea. It's not talked about much, and no one is hurt from it, but it can be a distressing topic.

During Close Game Offline, the characters play a video game that includes audible gunfire and shows characters moving to dodge it (although this depiction is very limited due to the nature of the stories told via visual novels) while panicking. In A Sorrowful Farewell At The Curtain Call, someone mentions having been woken by gunfire outside in the neighborhood. I only saw one short clip of the first moment and a screenshot of the second, though, so I'm not sure how much it is discussed or how important it is.
Nene is also depicted firing a gun in both versions of her card for the Close Game Offline event, and Haruka is just carrying a rifle in her trained card in Scream: Enter The Wolf Forest. Both events are limited gacha and you can avoid obtaining them by not participating in the gacha during this time if the depictions of guns upsets you, however you might still encounter players using these cards in online matches even after the event is over.
However, this is primarily a rhythm game with isekai/slice of life school days theme. It's avoidable with proper warnings and you won't miss anything significant. As of writing this (11/24/2022), I think these can only be found in the Japanese version of the game as well, so foreign players have time to prepare if this is content they wish to avoid.
