The leader of the Village assumes surrogacy over the "family" of the four lords - although they are mature, and is manifestly uncaring and emotionally callous towards them. They are only a means to an end, as her "experiments", and are explicitly described to be failures.
A lord heavily implied to be mentally handicapped, and vys for the attention and approval of the Village leader, who he refers to simply as his "mother" -- this is regarded with contempt.
**SPOILER ALERT**
The cult leader's true reason for human experimentation was to bring back her deceased child. It is revealed that the main villain of the previous game is a discarded "defective" BOW made in the image of her child.
** LATE GAME SPOILER **
It is revealed that Eveline from the first game is a defective version of a BOW, made in the image of the villain's deceased child. Her intense need to have a family is likely a product of this abandonment and evokes the behavior of a child with severe attachment issues.
In the beginning of the game, while the protagonist Ethan is putting his daughter to bed, an idle voice line of his states that his wife, Mia, is “scary when she’s angry”. A lot of the backstory has to do with experimental mutation, so while it's not a "real" drug, innocent people are injected with fungal cells that ruin their lives.
The other comments are true but the four women are not actually vampires. Three are "bug monsters" while the main one canonly has a disorder to do with blood intake and is not a vampire. While they are not necessarily regular humans they do appear human especially during the cannibalistic scenes.
In the dungeons of Castle Dimitrescu, you can see various torture devices around, some of which can be inspected. There are logs kept detailing the victims and the sort of torture they endure. Also, the whole game is pretty much never ending torture for Ethan Winters.
A character has mutated, tentacle-like growths sprouting from one eye. A doll is stabbed in the eye and appears to bleed. Multiple key items are made to resemble eyeballs and are touched, prodded, taken apart, etc.
House Beneviento has very thin corridors you must run through to get away from an enemy, all while in the pitch dark. When you encounter the enemy, you must hide in small places such as lockers or under a bed to avoid its attack.

Lady Dimitrescu is highly objectified with her very low cut dress to show her almost impossible to miss cleavage. She also acts very seductive in the way she walks, talks and how she sucks Ethans blood. At the end of the scene, they hang Ethan up until he is above her, so you get the whole view of her cleavage, which is clearly done deliberately.
Near the beginning of the game you wake up on the ground near a crashed vehicle. There is no explosions or fire but the contents of the vehicle are scattered and a masked agent is presumably dead.
There is blood and gore pretty much all throughout the game. For example, [SPOILERS AHEAD ->] the main character Ethan Winters gets his hand cut off by one of the main antagonists named Lady Dimitrescu while trying to pull a lever to open a door. Earlier in the game, Ethan gets two of his fingers bitten off by a lycan.
