The town is full of gossips who regularly follow each other around and spy for no reason other than they’re nosy. There’s also a presumed kidnapper lurking in town. He follows two women and in episode 10 he tries to attack Hye-Jin but he is arrested.

Lots of comedic slapping and kicking. Especially in Episode 11, and it’s pretty abrupt and painful.

Chief Hong’s fishing line catches a log with a shoe on it and he briefly thinks it’s a severed leg. The camera angle is done so the viewer thinks so too at first, before it’s quickly revealed to just be driftwood that a shoe got stuck on. A bit startling at first.

Both the main characters have parents who died before the start of the show. They’re shown in flashbacks. The father of a baby has died as well, his death is hinted at throughout the show and then explained in episode 15. And a young girl who lives in the village lost her mom presumably during childbirth. In episode 15, a beloved village elder dies peacefully, she was a mother figure.

Episode 15 there’s a beautiful scene between two men, one of them died years earlier. It’s not clear if he’s a ghost or just imagination, but it is in no way scary, and he looks completely normal.

Heard offscreen in the 1st episode. In the 3rd episode Hye-Jin has a flashback of her mom’s illness and walks in just after she’s been sick. Nothing is shown or heard, but she’s crouching and moaning by a toilet. Episode 11, heard offscreen towards the end of the episode. Episode 15, a man foams at the mouth from an overdose.

Hye-Jin and Du-Sik beat up a harasser in episode 4 and he is next shown in the hospital. A lot of the show takes place in a dental clinic. Cho-hui gets knocked out in episode 8 and wakes up in the hospital. Same episode, a little girl is shown in a flashback to be very ill in a hospital before she dies (not shown). In episode 10 a man tries to attack Hye-jin and Du-sik jumps to her rescue, ending up with a minor knife wound, which land him in the ER. Episode 11, Director Ji ends up in the hospital after collapsing on the dock. Episode 14, Hwa Jeong’s mother is shown in flashback to be in a hospital. Several scenes in a hospital in episode 15

Maybe? It’s not explicitly stated but it’s implied Hye-Jin’s mother probably died from cancer when she was little. She’s shown in flashbacks. There’s also a little girl who has died from an undisclosed illness.

A little bit of swooping scenic shots in the opening scene, and a few short handheld shots scattered throughout the show, including during nightmare scenes. Big swinging drone shots in episode 15, following a car and circling a crash.

Midway through Episode 15 there’s a crash during which someone dies. It’s very bloody, but not gory. There’s a near miss just moments before, so be wary that the actual crash is coming right away. It’s fairly easy to see it coming, but it’s all very sudden. In the 3rd episode they are driving to Seoul and a man cuts them off, but Hye-Jin slams on the breaks and they’re fine. It’s also briefly mentioned without any detail that Hye-Jin has a herniated disc in her back from a car accident in her youth. In episode 14 Director Ji is driving and gets distracted but there’s no accident, just startling honking and gasping.

Epsiode 15 a very bloody car crash, during which one man dies. Two men are shown with bloody heads and hands. There’s a lot of blood but it isn’t gory. You can’t see any wounds or damage under the blood. Episode 1 a little boy has blood drip from his mouth because a tooth was knocked out. Episode 5, Chief Hong has a nightmare, and someone off screen grabs his shoulder with a lot of blood on their hand.
Episode 3, Chief Hong catches a log on his fishing line and thinks it’s a severed leg. The editing makes it look like one for a moment, but then it’s revealed to just be driftwood with a shoe caught on it. Startling, but not actually gory.

Episode 4, A man harasses Mi-Seon and Hye-Jin and Chief Hong beat him up. His face has a little blood on it as a result of this.
Episode 8, Du-sik scrapes his arm and Hye-Jin cleans it for him. Not graphic, but there is some blood.
Episode 10, a man tries to attack Hye-Jin in her home, but he’s stopped before he can do her any physical harm, except for a bruise on her arm. He and Du-Sik fight though, and the intruder slashes Du-sik’s arm with a knife. He goes to the hospital to be treated for a minor wound, not shown, but there is visible blood. Also in this episode Hye-Jin has a bloody blister on her heel in a flashback from new shoes.
Episode 11, Hye-Jin headbutts Du-Sik and makes his nose bleed. Episode 14 someone punches Du-Sik and his mouth gets a little bloody. This is seen at the beginning of episode 15 too.
