King gets a little elaboration that sheds light on some of his actions and relationship with Lancer if you choose to backtrack to his cell at the first reunion in Castle Town, or somewhat less so later in the game if you recruited all of Chapter 2's cast. His words and justifications seem to indicate he leans more emotionally abusive and neglectful of Lancer than physically so, which the characters regardless strongly disapprove of. It's pretty easily avoidable overall though.

The player character can gaslight Noelle during the "Snowgrave" route - making her dependent on them and convincing her that her hurting others and Kris' creepy behavior is making her "stronger" - but that can be easily avoided.

There’s a minor NPC in the classroom scenes/town who looks like a snake, and there are some snake-like NPCs in the Dark World hub, but other than that there aren’t any snakes.

It's very, very, very vaguely implied that a character generates 'cookies' from his own body. He doesn't seem hurt by it and it's optional, though.

One of the first enemys you encounter is a small creature whose face is like a wall outlet and is controlled into fighting by an electrical cord attached to their face and is lifted up into the air to be put in front of the characters to fight them. When you encounter that type of enemy later they are dangling from the cord often going up and down as an obstacle to avoid.

Very close, but not quite. Returning character Asgore is heavily implied to have romantic interest in Rudy, but this is alluded to after Asgore has already been divorced from his wife. When exactly these feelings manifested is made unclear but Asgore still very clearly clings too much to his prior relationship with his wife to persue these feelings. I can see this setting off red flags, but I hesitate on whether or not this relationship is actually problematic and would like to get some second opinions from other LGBT people.

There are a few narrow hallways, but they’re not very detailed visually. There is also a room that you can (optionally) enter, and upon seeing it is a dead end, turning back reveals the entrance has been blocked off. However returning to the original dead end causes a different exit to appear.

Tricky; Spamton has a large (though not aquiline) nose and talks about money a lot. However, he's not Jewish (though there are religious themes in his storyline), nor are there any other antisemitic tropes in his design or character; at one point he straight up says he doesn't care about how much money he makes, and later on he's clearly meant to be a sympathetic character, at least in the Pacifist/Normal route.

Very occasional and mild. A character says titty ("tity") once or twice, and flavor text for a battle describes a character "gyrating [his] hips." It's PG-13 at the most.

In a boss battle, you have to use bumper cars to crash into someone else to make theirs breakdown, to be able to spare them. In another instance there is an unskippable minigame in which you are driving a car and trying to avoid other vehicles and you may crash but it's very cartoony and not at all graphic

There’s several unskippable puzzles where you’re required to dodge cars, and it’s very easy to get hit in some of them, but all that happens is that you get teleported back to the start of the puzzle. You can also get hit by a toy car in an easter egg, but it’s not very graphic and played for laughs.
