Sophie brings Eva to her boyfriend's cabin in the woods. The walls are decorated with taxidermy animals. Sophie and her boyfriend shoot a rabbit (off-screen) and bring its dead body back to the cabin.
Marvin (the dog's) dead body is also shown multiple times while dog cries are heard in the background. His death occurs off-screen.
Sophie brings Eva to a bar with two male friends. One of these friends drives her home and sexually assaults her in the car while she is asleep. She could not consent and she could not escape the situation as she is paraplegic.
Sophie also gives her boyfriend a pill which presumably has viagra-like effects. She is heard screaming behind a door and emerges naked and bloodied. This occurs in the cabin.
It is unclear but while Sophie is lying on the floor, "Ich" walks over her and a crunching sound is heard. Sophie does not appear in the film after this so it is implied that she died, possibly from having her head crushed.
Sophie's boyfriend takes what he thinks is a Viagra pill, which results in him injuring Sophie. No genitals are seen on-screen but it is implied that this caused something to happen to his genitals.
A child was killed before the events of the film take place. **HUGE SPOILERS** it is likely that a minor character killed him and then went back in time as the child is seen alive later.
Eva's mother passed away long before the events of the film. As part of her sacrifices, she kills her step-mother and father. It is very obvious when this is about to happen.
One of the main characters is a nurse, so there are plenty of scenes which occur in the hospital. There are quite a few scenes where Eva is held in the hospital, occuring right after she takes one of the white, human-shaped sweets.
Yes, numerous naked bodies and references to sex. There are two sexual assault scenes. It is implied that two characters have sex at the end of the film as they are naked in bed.
Eva and Sophie were involved in a car crash before the events of the film take place. There are many references to this event (car noises, headlights and Eva clearly is experiencing frightening flashbacks) and at one stage, Eva has a very vivid memory of the event. Another character's car is crushed and his dead body is shown for a split second (when Eva retrieves the toy car from the bin). I think this film would be quite upsetting to survivors of car accidents.
Yes, a car crash occurs before the events of the film take place and is referenced many times throughout the film as it was a traumatic experience for the main character.
William is drowned by "Ich" soon after throwing the advent calendar into a lake. This scene is quite graphic as he struggles to breath and is then seen motionless under the water.
Eva shoots her father, it is very obvious when this is about to occur if you'd like to skip. Sophie and her boyfriend also shoot a rabbit. These scenes aren't graphic but the sound of a gunshot plays loudly and a flash is seen in each.
