There is an episode about consent that has some background fraggles say some things (maybe only 2 lines) that may remind you of victim blamers. It's a kids show though so the episode is about nonconsensual diving into water from massive heights and it is handled remarkably tastefully.

Junior Grog has to do many errands for his parents, and his father persistently tells him to catch the Fraggles, despite Junior obviously not wanting to. This is sometimes a little uncomfortable, since his father can get pushy and never really does learn to respect Junior’s wishes. Predictably it all works out in the end.

The Worlds Oldest Fraggle and the Merggle Queen are both adults, and the latter's exact age is unclear but she's implied to be as old as the WOF even though she still has a lot of youth in her. Edit: well, given how "Night of the Lights" shows WOF alive in the stone age, maybe not THAT old lol, however they are clearly consenting adults of similarly old age.

Several minor ones, but most notably in "Deep Dive" when Red is trying to meditate, "Into The Trash" when Boober feels trapped inside Marjory (it makes sense in context), "All of Us" when Gobo feels like he mislead everyone into trusting the Gorgs under the bridge, "I'm Pogey" when Wembley's dysphoria over whether to be himself or keep presenting as he does causes a "glitternado", and "Fraggle Up" when the stress of everything happening to the Rock makes Gobo snap.

Like the original, if someone cries the show wants you to sympathize with them, regardless of gender. He never goes into outright ridiculing people, but "Fraggle Up" is about Gobo convincing himself and the other Fraggles to hide and ignore their feelings, lest crying make them "weak". Everyone lets it all loose at the end and feels much better after a good cry.

While the original had a rather ridiculous strict rule to never show baby or child Fraggles because that apparently implies Fraggle childbirth, here it has been lifted and there are background Fraggles of many ages, including babies. They get a scene of focus in "Wembley the Spokesfraggle" during the montage of Wembley hawking Doozer sticks ("[Doozer sticks] are very mature!") We see newborn Merggles in "The Merggle Moon Migration". We see a human baby briefly in the "Flight of the Flutterflies" Traveling Matt segment. MAJOR SPOILERS: The end of season 2 indicates that Ma Gorg is pregnant and a baby Gorg is in the future.

"I'm Pogey" is all about Wembley's dysphoric identity crisis. There's even a song, "Who Is Me?", that is basically Gender Dysphoria: The Rock Opera. By the end of it all, he's confident in knowing who he is. Pogey is much more confident about being non-binary than Wembley in general, but they still are very uncomfortable when Red sorts a team that will cheer Gobo's name between those that will yell "GO!" and those that will yell "BO!" and subsequently told them to choose a group, probably because the similarities to "girl" and "boy" gave them nasty flashbacks.

In addition to what is mentioned under "anxiety attack", Red has a meltdown in "Deep Dive" where the pressure of having indirectly caused all of the issues with the misplaced Craggles gets to her and she sings the classic, also-a-meltdown-in-the-original sad song "Once Upon A Time (I Knew My Name)". All the Fraggles break down and cry by the end of "Fraggle Up".

In the season 1 finale Junior Gorg catches and cages Gobo. I'm marking no as it isn't frightening at all for this is a family show, and he is freed by Junior quickly. In the same episode, Sprocket captures Uncle Matt with a laundry basket, but it's obviously played for laughs and Matt takes it as an excuse to brag to Sprocket about his accomplishments.

[SEASON 1 SPOILERS] the Craggles are misplaced from their homes after Craggle Lagoon loses its water. The Merggles have to leave the water to live in Boober's washtubs because poisonous vine goop has contaminated the water and is making them hiccup. They both get their homes back.

Like the original, heavily implied for the World's Oldest Fraggle. It is particularly given screentime in "Night of the Lights", though it is worth noting that despite quips about how "unreliable" he is, the Fraggles still show plenty of respect for him and follow him on his quest to see "a million wigglers in the goopy goop" again just like he did when he was a strangely bearded stone age toddler (!!SPOILERS!! sure enough, the aurora borealis proves a much prettier sight than his confused description).

The various background ones and the flutterflies (lightning bug/butterfly hybrids) are very cartoony puppets. Coop from "Night of the Lights" is outright adorable. The Mantivore in "Craggle Lagoon" and briefly in "All of Us" and "Mezzo: Live In Concert!" is a giant mantis that seems scary but turns out to be nice. "Mezzo: Live In Concert!" has a bug-Fraggle band that flies around like moths at first, but will likely no longer freak out people with this trigger once it is revealed they are Fraggle-like rockstars, as well as the Doc and Sprocket segment being about bees.
